TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT USE THESE GUYS THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING THEY MESSED UP MY TRUCK
Hung up on me...sounded like he was looking for an excuse not to help me with every question about the repair, from the location ("I can't go to coordinates") to the payment (when I said I can pay by credit card: "Oh, that's a big problem"). In the middle of saying it didn't sound like he wanted to help me he hung up on me. JB Truck Repair should be removed from NTTS board.
