Jeff and his team were extremely responsive and able to complete the work needed quickly. I needed 2 trees completely removed and another area cleaned up. His team of four people wore safety gear the entire time and completely the removal seamlessly. Would recommend them for tree removal
Jeff Baugher of JB Tree Care with his equipment broke two (2) slabs in my driveway on1-15-25. He said "I will have them fixed". He has not done as he promised. I have tried to contact him many times to resolve this issue. He does not call me back, he has done nothing to have my driveway fixed. Customers should not trust him, he is not a man of his word.
2nd time using JB Tree Care. Exceptional work. Jeff asked me what I was looking to do and he explained his scope of work and also considered the health of the trees. He communicated, showed up when scheduled and completed the work as promised. Trees look beautiful and he cleaned up! I will be a repeat customer.
