This is the second time we’ve used JB Tree Care, and they are now the only tree company we’ll call. Jeff and his crew were punctual, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They did an outstanding job trimming down a large viburnum hedge and Japanese blueberry tree that had been neglected for years. Jeff and his team were extremely responsive and able to complete the work needed quickly. I needed 2 trees completely removed and another area cleaned up. His team of four people wore safety gear the entire time and completely the removal seamlessly. Would recommend them for tree removal
Jeff Baugher of JB Tree Care with his equipment broke two (2) slabs in my driveway on1-15-25. He said "I will have them fixed". He has not done as he promised. I have tried to contact him many times to resolve this issue. He does not call me back, he has done nothing to have my driveway fixed. Customers should not trust him, he is not a man of his word.
