Very Knowledgeable about his trailers. He was a great help on getting me the right fit for my needs. Easy process, fair pricing. I would definitely recommend JB Trailers for your trailer needs.
Dealer made me drive 2 hours after giving all photos and information on my trade just to back out. Tried raising the price on the trailer to make the deal. We asked several times if they needed any more photos or information before we made the drive. Dealer is not honest or trustworthy. If item I was trading was not as described i would understand but I was very forthcoming about everything. Please stay clear of this dealer.
Negotiated a trade before leaving. Dealer backed out after driving 2 hours with two vehicles with no negative inspection. I would understand if it were dur to undisclosed defects but the dealer didn't even inspect the side by side trade in numbers were agreed to with.
