Worse Place To Get Any Service. I Paid For 4 Used Tires 2 Months Ago. A Month Later My Tire Light Came On. I Put Air In The Tire But My Light Came Back On. I Went Back To The Shop They Put Air In It Too They Said It Was No Holes In The Tire. I Few Days Later Came Back To The Shop They Said They Dont Have The Right Tire Size. Great tire shop they work with you help you. If there's an issue they do everything within there means to make sure you can be back on the road without being a danger to your's or anyone else. I'd highly recommend this place as a good tire shop
Good customer service, went for a tire and was out of there in 5 mins.
Bought a tire from JB for 100 bucks. Was told the tire was new. Two weeks pass and my car started rumbling at high speeds. Thinking it’s an alignment issue, I get the car aligned— car still wobbles at high speeds. I go to another mechanic to have the suspension checked and he discovers the tires purchased from JB are completely warped. Like, these tires are being re-treaded and sold at high prices. Do not go here!!!
If there was a way to give them 0 stars I would. They sold me bad used tires for 50 bucks a tire. Started having problems few weeks after getting my tires changed. My car kept vibrating at high speeds. Went back to have them look at it, they couldn’t pin point the problem. I was under the impression it was a suspension problem, whole time, my back left tire had knot in it. I went down capital heights to get a new tire and they sold it to me for 40 bucks, looks brand new.
