I called on the phone to see if they had a tire for my car he said yes and quoted me a $40 price I drove one hour to go get the tire which I told him I was on the way and when I got there they told me no it was $45 and even though his boss quoted me 40 I would have to pay $45 that he doesn't know what his boss said he just works here. Then when they put the tire on the car and a bubbling and it was leaking air it was flat. He proceeded to beat the tire and my rim with a hammer
