I recently purchased four new tires from this dealer. The service was excellent. The balancing was included. The price was the lowest anywhere. I highly recommend going to Kem. The fact that I was a woman alone made me feel comfortable.

Best tire shop in New Castle. They won't take advantage of women customers who don't know exactly know things about tires and such. They are honest. Best prices too. Big selection.

They strive to be correct, timely, and the best. I am a returning customer and have not been let down. They explain/show what is wrong, give the best estimate possible. They are constantly busy and call in extra mechanics when needed. They have an employee that speaks Spanish as well. If you work in Delphi, they will pick up your car for you if you can't find a way to drop it off yourself. They have good working relations with other mechanic and parts businesses as well in town.

Honest advice on what you need. Will do what you need, order parts, if they don't have the product in stock. Family owned business.

Not the kind of people that I would do business with Visited to see if they could repair a puncture, guy behind the desk keeps repeating what I say, then asks me how do I know it's a puncture, after some back and forth I asked can you look at it or should I go else where, some other guy there told me to leave, get out go away, which I did, but he said just loud enough for me to hear, we don't deal with A$$H*** I was dumb founded, they are the ones messing me around and I'm the AH

The service is professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. They seem to work with the idea of earning a customer's future business. In today's world, this is genuinely appreciated. When people talk about neighborly service from a mechanic shop, this is what they mean. Give them a try!
