I bought a car that need the locking lug nuts taken OFF.I heard that Metro tires was a good place to see if they could help me out,I called and talked to Mike.He told when to bring it in and they will look at it,he also told me a good time to get in and out.Mike was very helpful.AND he got them off and did not charge me for their time.He was very friendly and helpful.I will be going back .

I have been coming to metro tire for a few years now. They have always been honest and fair. They have always called me before anything was worked on or when they found something wrong. Would highly recommend Metro Tire!!
Mike always takes the time to tell you whats wrong and physically shows you the actual problem on your car so you totally understand the situation. They quote you a good price. Always friendly. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Me and my mom wouldn't go anywhere else.
Beware!!! The new owner, Mike Porath used to be owner of the Autolab on Groesbeck in Clinton Township. We used him for years until he got too busy for us and could not fix our vehicles in a reasonable time frame. After taking our vehicles to another mechanic, we discovered Mike charged us for multiple parts that were never put on our vehicles. This place charged a lot more than the dealer service for a simple diagnosis. The dealer service I visited later did not charge any money for the same type of initial inspection. This place tried to rip off its customers. I would NEVER go this place again and would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.
I have good luck every time I take my vehicle in for service. I have tried a lot of other shops, they always disappoint me, and make me feel like I've been taken advantage of. McCoy has never made me feel that way. Always fix the problem, don't have those mysterious problems that appear after I leave their shop, their prices are pretty good too. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
