Hey what a champion! . 48 hours without electricity and when it comes on at neighbours homes all we got was lights. Someone recommended Jordan. He explained how much a normal call out fee was (a lot for retirees) and suggested maybe he could talk us through a solution on the phone and save us some money. Thanks to his expertise and advice we were able to isolate the problem and save most of the food in our freezer, and recover internet service. It appears to be difficult to find a reliable sparky and JB fits into that category…booked to come around and didn’t bother to show, no text, no call, nothing….at least be honest and say you’re tied up or even lie so I can organise something else or schedule a time that does suit. Very disappointing.
