John responded promptly to the phone message l left and was immediately able to offer a day to do the work. He and his son did a great job for me on the day, fitting a new shower in the bathroom and replacing a leaking stop-cock in the kitchen. I called John to come and replace my shower unit. He was quick, efficient and professional. I will definitely call him again for any other plumbing issues.
Very impressed by the service provided by John. Phoned him about a combi boiler not working (main priority) and a couple of smaller jobs, he came the following morning and diagnosed the problem then completed the other jobs. We agreed a date for the boiler to be fixed but the parts ordered didn't arrive on time. John kept me fully informed about this and he came twenty four hours later and finished the job.
