Tim came out and helped us through the whole process recently. He also held our hand 20 years ago when we built our home and installed a wood floor. Floor is still going strong. Tim is a 3rd generation flooring man and he knows his business. The two men who came out were professional and the new flooring changed the whole look of the room. Thank you Tim! 5 stars all the way sir.
Suzanne visited home mid August to discuss my family room/living room wish for bordered carpet. Then visited store took lot of samples home. Found the perfect ones at a very affordable price. This past week Ted and Douglas arrived with rugs and padding, moved furniture, installed and moved everything back in place. A Wonderful experience. Will always shop for my flooring needs at J.B.
