2-10 Warranty connected me to JB Services. Was able to schedule a service call the same week and at a convenient time. The tech texted me 30 minutes prior to arrival. He promptly diagnosed a frozen motor and replaced with a new garbage disposal. Process took less than 45 minutes. He was very informative and gave helpful advice on how to ensure disposal didn’t freeze up in the future. I will definitely use and recommend their services. Thank you.

Knowledgeable. Professional. Courteous. Helpful. I called & made an appointment, no hassle. Wade came out & did plumbing work. He listened patiently while I explained things, looked at the Project, fave me an estimate & completed it In a timely manner & on budget. He left the work area neat & tidy, & I feel like he may be even did a little extra, went above & beyond for us. I'll hire this company again next time I have something what needs doing.
I will call JB Services every time. This was my first experience using their services. Won’t be my last. Needed my tankless water heater diagnosed. In a world where everything is commercialized, these guys have good old fashioned customer service, very happy with them! Will be calling them to discuss a new build as well, when the time comes. Can’t beat this kind of knowledgeable, all around great customer service.
