I got my haircut here in May. I asked for a simple blunt cut with all of my hair the same length. I have straight, fine hair, so unevenness is very noticeable. Unfortunately, the haircut was extremely uneven, with obvious chunks cut out and sections that were visibly different lengths. The wash and haircut took around 30 minutes, and the whole appointment felt very rushed. Frustrating experience - they did the exact opposite of what I asked. I returned to this salon to fix a bad highlight job they had previously done. My goal was simple: I wanted to go with a darker hair colour to completely eliminate the highlights which I had initially asked for to blend in with my greys. During our consultation, I showed the stylist reference photos and they assured me they could do exactly that. Instead, they did the absolute opposite. Excellent haircut with Laila. She listened to what I was wanting and made some helpful suggestions and ultimately gave me a really lovely haircut. Would highly recommend her!
My go to salon for a haircut. Friendly staff and always easy to get an appointment, despite how busy they are. Julia is great!! Knows exactly what I want and provides a wonderful experience. Leaving looking good.
