We reached out to J.B. Reliable to complete a project we started 2 years ago and got connected with Destin Edgington, who was amazing to work with! He got us a quote the same day he inspected the project and it was $3,000 less than another roofing company quoted. We signed the offer quickly and was given an install date; they actually were able to come a day sooner and get this project completed. Javier is the ultimate professional we called on Sunday night he showed up Monday afternoon when he seen what was needed he ran back to the store to get exactly the right parts. When he got back (about 45 minutes later) he was instantly on the roof fixing an absolutely horrible mess, a vent that was installed by an amateur pretending to be a professional …… within approximately 45 minutes to an hour the repair was made and has been flawless since, where we live we get heavy winds on the daily. Chad and his team were awesome to work with. Fair price and they had the job job done less than a week from the time I called them. Chad was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our roof was done the same day they started and they cleaned up without leaving a trace that they were even there besides a new roof.
