Super helpful, friendly and well stocked but can never get hold of anyone and shop hours never seem to be updated/correct which is really frustrating when you have to travel a bit to get there and find out they are closed upon arrival.
John and Wylie are experts in their field and our pool is always looking top notch thanks to their skills and attention to detail. We have been clients for over 6 years now and cannot recommend JB Pools highly enough.

John at JB Pools is fantastic. I contacted John on two separate and urgent occasions (broken filter and broken chlorinator). Both times, John was excellent. John was responsive, empathetic to my situation, provided excellent personal service, demonstrated immense knowledge on all things pools, trustworthy, clean and tidy work and very helpful with great advice. I will only use JB from now on.
