John was hired to do a plumbing job as part of our remodel. He cashed a check on December 6, 2021, accepting the position. When it came time to come in and do the job he kept putting off coming saying additional steps needed to be taken by our general contractor. This went on for approximatelysix weeks. It was late January and my natural gas boiler that heats my house stopped working. John was at my house within 4 hours and had the problem diagnosed. He drove off to get the needed parts and worked late Friday pm to get heat back in our house. He knows his stuff and got the job done quickly. He also had me in a tight spot, with the house getting cold, but his price was more than fair! A+++ BTW, if you look behind the 1-star review JB has, the reviewer pretty much only gives 1 star.
