Was very prompt and friendly enough but when it came to price we had an issue. From the pre agreed Labour costs, he proceeded to carry out the work without telling me any extra costs involved, he got to the end and then proceeded to give me the total, that had nearly doubled from Labour costs. Again friendly and fixed the problem I just prefer to the cost of something before the works carried out , fair enough if it’s a few quid but not nearly double
