Contacted JB Plumbing for a water heater replacement job. The team was friendly, communicative, and did a great job at cleaning up. I should note I called 3 plumbing services for this job. JB Plumbing had returned my call, given an estimate, scheduled, and completed the work before I even received a phone call from the other two I'd left calls with. I am very happy with the experience. JB Plumbing will be my default call for future needs.

I called JB Plumbing to come and check on a gas leak. He said they’d be out in a week. The day he was supposed to come out I messaged him and he said it would be the next day at 3:30. My tenant was there at 3:20 but he never showed up. I waited almost an hour and messaged him asking where he was. He said “Joe” came at 3:30 and no one was there and I needed to find someone else. I called and asked what was going on and he said “find someone else” and hung up on me. I would not recommend people who outright lie.

I called several plumbers to try to get a quote to replace a garbage disposal. Only one returned my call, and that was like 4 days after I'd left a message. JB Plumbing was the only one that answered when I called. We set an appointment over the phone, they arrived promptly, they got the work done quickly and for a reasonable cost. Will have a LOT of work for them in the future, if they keep up this great work!

We have been fighting with the trailer court we live (house is a brand new home) in about a water leak and the first plumber they hired ( they had called that plumber for this problem multiple times) kept sating there was no problem with the pipes u der the home.. Joe came out and after digging up the water line all day by hand. He found the problem and will be working on it and fixing it tomorrow! Thank you so much JB Plumbing!

Water heater died, called around. Most didn’t answer phone, one said 1 month, 1-2 weeks. Called JB, answered phone, made it next day. Josh was knowledgeable and professional.
