I had a great experience with JB Motorsports. Josh was extremely thorough with my vehicle and very fair with pricing. The turnaround time was quick, and I really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole process was. I scheduled an appointment and he even offered financing assistance, which shows he genuinely cares about his customers. He talked me through the entire process of what would happen and followed up with me the entire way. Professional, honest, and reliable—highly recommend JB Motorsports!
Josh has twice serviced a go cart for me and has provided excellent care on both occasions. He generously picked up the go cart for me, I received a quick estimate of the needed repairs, and he sent videos once the work was completed. He is a clear communicator and completed both jobs in a timely manner.
Wonderful help in acquiring a part for my bike in a hurry. Great customer service and very direct.
Great place to do business
I had a carb rebuild and chain replacement and routine service at least I thought it ran for a week then the same thing he came out cleaned the carb found debris..said he didn't know how it got there ran for another week maybe then the same thing so I pulled the carb and in the process found that the fuel filter which I would have assumed for 979.00 would have been part of the service was completely disintegrated..so I pulled the carb myself cleaned it out replaced the filter carb cleaner and new filter so 20.00 fix...I feel... read more
