He said he doesn't care about reviews. He called me back and attacked me verbally over the phone. We gave the guy a try and he clearly doesn't have a great understanding of even an older F150. He evaluated wrong and couldn't care less. I was not happy and hung up on him. He called me back and tried to cuss me out. He was so hostile I would hate it if he had a wife or kids. I can't imagine his lack of mechanical education mixed with that small of a pean! He said he doesn't care about his reviews.
Jourdan did some work for us a few times and he was great, great work, great advice, great guy! He was always on time and did his work in a timely manner. I thought I found a long term mechanic. But, he did a brake job for us, he recommended what brakes I should buy. He installed them with no problem, great job as always, no complaints. I cannot believe how above and beyond this man goes to make sure my car is safe and I'm not being ripped off anywhere else. He could just service my specific requests, but every time I reach out and leave my car, he explains, offers many solutions, and just gives me more than what I asked. Highly highly recommend JB.

Jourdan Baello is one of the nicest, honest mechanics I have ever met. I had an appointment to take my car into the dealership and luckily ran into Jourdan prior to my appointment. The dealership was going to charge me $150 just to diagnose the problem and Jourdan didn't charge me anything. Within minutes of diagnosing my car he had the problem pinpointed and fixed.
