Jourdan Baello is one of the nicest, honest mechanics I have ever met. I had an appointment to take my car into the dealership and luckily ran into Jourdan prior to my appointment. The dealership was going to charge me $150 just to diagnose the problem and Jourdan didn't charge me anything. Within minutes of diagnosing my car he had the problem pinpointed and fixed. 9/16/2024 Jourdan just left my house after replacing my altenator and my car runs 100% better! I am so happy to say that I now have a family mechanic! I love the fact that he's independent because I love supporting local small businesses but also because the fact that there isn't any internal struggle or corporate calling the shots - it's his show and what he says goes.
