I went to JB Kaiser recently to purchase an engagement ring, and my experience was nothing but positive. I had ideas for a design based on some rings I had seen online, but Jeff was able to custom-design a ring that was a huge improvement over the original. He and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the ring I received was of top quality. I had my wedding ring sized and sautered together. The owner informed me they would call one the ring was ready, this never happened. After two weeks I tried calling, the only phone number listed anywhere for them was actually a fax machine! I stopped by the store to see if it was done and ir was. When asked why they did not call to let me know it was ready, the owner replied that they only call if the customer requests it (which I did). My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Sarah in February, at the time she showed him a wedding band that would match. When we returned in March to look at Wedding Bands, she said there wasn't one to match my ring. So we proceeded to look for a band to match.
