RecommendedOn a whim and only using yelp! ratings I ordered 2400 sq ft of sod from JB Instant Lawn. Delivery date was quick, and arrived first thing in the morning. The driver staged the pallets around the area I was going to sod so the material was close but not in the way. The sod looked very good, with only 2 rows having defects out of the 5 complete pallets. Disappointed to find out that their is different pricing online than phone ordering. I was not made aware of the difference until the sod delivered and it was too late. Over $200 difference and no help to remedy the situation. In the future I would recommend making this clear to customers who are calling or even putting a clear statement online. Delivery did happen on time, however with a very helpful driver.
I had some issues, asked for some help and the local rep (John Reilly) was great helping me figure things out. Thanks much!!
