Home construction. No communication. States he includes a contractor warranty for first year and dodges you like the plague to not have to do anything. Didn’t show at closing. Sent his realtor that made empty promises and then claimed to have never said them. Will not work with any requests for even paint color or carpet even when it hasn’t even been ordered yet.
