Excellent service. 2010 Chrysler minivan serviced regularly at JB, driven around 8,000 miles to Yosemite, from Georgia and back. No problem. Very pleased! Back to JB for regular maintenance.

I spent $2k at another local shop that couldn't fix the issue on my Xterra. JB saw the issue and fixed it from step one for under $1k. He drove it for a few days before letting me know all was good. Been a month now, no issue!

For 3 weeks I was getting the runaround from a local dealership about repairing my son's key fob. After 2 appointments, I was told twice by the dealership that it would cost me $179 for a diagnostic and an additional $500 just to get the electrician to "take a look".
