Jay and his crew are great, honest and so helpful. We sold a house and bought another and both needed some work done. They were able to do the work in the timeframe that was needed to sell the one. He explained everything to us and the Relators so that everyone was on the same page. They kept the house clean and worked around the packed up boxes. As a homeowner, calling a new contractor is always a gamble. You hope to get an honest person who does good work for a reasonable price. Jay and his team went far above and beyond my hopes when fixing a water ingress issue in my basement. Jay came out, diagnosed the problem, and set his crew to work on replacing the perimeter drainage system. Jay and his crew did phenomenal work on our tight timeline. We felt like family and felt like we were kept in the loop the entire job. He installed numerous I-beams and fixed other foundation issues to meet suggestions of a structural engineer. He also mitigated numerous minor issues in real time and we would trust JB Foundations for any future work!
The crew that came out was absolutely incredible. They were on time and efficient. I appreciate the fact that they showed me photos and were clear on pricing. I’m planning on reaching back out for them to waterproof my crawl space next summer. I highly recommend JB Foundations.
