I needed to replace my grass in the front lawn. They talked me into St Augustine instead of the Zoysia that was there. Right away it got mold and looked terrible. He had someone come out and treat it, it did improve but not to my satisfaction. I contacted him about replacing it back to Zoysia and got no response.
