Was highly reccomended to bring my infant here. Wasn't too thrilled about them not using my insurance and instead paying 75 cash for first appointment (they take my insurance but their policy is you self pay for the first appointment so they have "time" to see if your insurance covers it). They appointment lasted 15 to 20 minutes. Did not like them holding my infant upside down. Then was told they wouldn't discuss the findings or treatment options until the next appointment. Dr. B absolutely has done a phenomenal job helping my dog. I thought we would be looking at surgery, but she’s definitely help us.
Scheduling an appointment online and filling out paperwork was a breeze!! Even adjusting my own appointment as needed I was a bit apprehensive going into the appointment for my dog this morning but Dr. Jordana instantly put me and my sweet girl at ease. She listened and gave almost instant relief all while making sure my dog was comfortable with the situation and what she was doing during the adjustment. She gave some helpful insights as well. They really take the time to look at what is going on and really listens to what you are feeling. They also use a secondary scan outside of just x rays that shows your temperature differences in your body that shows more in depth about your problem areas. I love learning more about the condition of my body and how chiropractic can help!
