Absolutely shocking service - I was absolutely devastated to see that James from JB electrical was caught on security camera going through my disabled friends possessions whilst he was left in the property on his own to carry out work. My friends had grown suspicious after things had gone missing so installed a device to record what happened when they went out. THE EVIDENCE is absolutely shocking. You can clearly see James looking around draws, in wardrobes and looking through personal possessions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am very shocked and saddened for a family member that has used this so-called professional only for him to go through their personal belongings and I have seen the evidence myself would not recommend to anybody, it’s disgusting, knowing that this is this person was supposed to be a family friend, has taken advantage of the vulnerability that is there, DO NOT RECOMMEND

James was very quick to respond to our message and the work was completed in a very short space of time. Excellent work and courteous with it. Will definitely be our first port of call next time.
