I cannot say enough about the service JB Diamonds gave me. Although they are a smaller shop, their service was above and beyond. We went to a few different jewelry stores, and JB was the only one willing to help my wife and I design a custom ring. In fact, Roy was so helpful we decided to order another custom piece. Roy is not pushy and does not come off of a salesperson. In fact, he is the opposite. I cannot imagine going to any other jewelry store now… I have “a guy” I can refer my friends to now… Roy at JB Diamonds.
These guys are great. I asked them to engrave something in Arabic and they got it spot on. They were simple to work with and just fun people to be around. Will be coming back.
