These guys are incredible. I've done almost all my full-arch cases with them, and every time I have a great result. They have done some incredible stuff with difficult situations.
Amazing attention to detail. High quality materials. Quick turnaround time. One of the best labs I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
I couldn't say enough about JB. I started using them for my All on X digital workflow and the temporaries and finals have been perfect. There has been times when my digital scan wasn't the best or all I had was a putty bite and some how they make it work, and work well.
This lab used to be good when the owner was more involved in his client offices. Since they expanded, he is unreachable entirely and provides no warranty for the work they do. If they make a mistake on a lab case you submit, they charge you again to correct it. Very sad the lab went this direction. Reply: Yes, we are customers of your lab. I'm using my personal account and this is not an error. I'm not reviewing you in error.
The support at this lab is amazing! The team members go out of their way to help you with anything you need! Our cases come back quickly and are made extremely well! I would definitely recommend JB Dental Lab to any office!
