On April 10th we drove 8 hours to make one last snowmobile run for the season. We arrived at the Microtel only to find the my 2022 Assault would not start. A quick call to J&B and they agreed to take a look at it right away. Within an hour they established the fuel pump had failed. Without a replacement unit in stock, our trip was pretty much finished. I bought a new Polaris Voyager sled from J & B and I was well looked after. The entire staff was very pleasant and patient. The sales manager took his time in explaining everything that I needed to know about this new machine. The whole experience was positive. Thank you Shane for the great service!
Went to J&B to buy a new snow suit and hemet. Raven was amazing. She was very patient and knowledgeable.
They claim to be a CF Moto dealer but have zero clue what they're doing and seem uninterested especially if you didn't buy it from them. After they couldn't fix the issue despite two visits (saying a part was replaced however not reporting it to warranty), and informing me they don't have an appointment for the next 8 months (lol) I took my machine elsewhere and had the issue fixed in 30 minutes.
