Terrible communication. They took 2 days to reply and once they did, it was some of the worst grammar I’ve seen from somebody. I asked about estimation then they just ghosted me.
I had JB customers look at a Vehicle I was potentially buying. he did a stand up job. This shop is a stand up shop. If I look at anymore cars in the area I trust their knowledge of cars
My parents paid thousands for bodywork on their two trucks. The work completed was obviously done quick and cut corners. Rust that was supposed to be eliminated wasn't, the paint job was shoddy, the only thing done right was blacking out the tailights and changing badging to black out. I can't NOT recommend these guys enough. $6k+ down the drain. They only seem to truly care if they're working on a classic car.
JB Customz had been awesome to work with our friends / customers / and colleagues have been pleased with the projects they’ve knocked out for us appreciate the updates along way and communication is A+
