Very poor customer service. JB Custom Upholstery had my chair for almost three weeks. Every time I call to check up on it it was not finished and I was told I would be called back asap. I never recieved any call backs from this company. When I went to pick it up, I got there and my chair had not been touched yet. I was told to come down because it was finished and was lied to.
