This is my lifetime first bad review. I normally do not write a bad review iglf the service is still tolerable. But this carpet cleaning company's service is horrible in a few ways. 1. The technician's skill is bad. After He cleaned my two bedrooms, The odor was too strong to the point that my home is like chemical factory. I asked him to come back to re-rinse with water a week later, but the scent from their carpet cleaning solution is still lingering. It has been almost two weeks.
