We purchased our 2021 Concept Innovation caravan from here just before Christmas. From the salesmen (Glenn & Jason) to the Service Manager Dan, we have had exceptional service. We’ve had a couple of things that needed their attention since, and their communication and prompt solving of the issues has been second to none. A big shout out to Daniel and his service team for getting our broken window replaced and us back on the road in one day. The attitude and professionalism from all the staff at JB Caravans Burpengary is a great example of what you should get from all caravan centres.
Would like to acknowledge my satisfaction with Dan the Service Manager at Burpengary yesterday when I had my first MH service. Dan took the time to explain how to log into the electronic control panel in the MH to check for software upgrades using your smart phone. This was important as I could not get 240v power supply into my MH recently when parked in a caravan park. Both JB Caravans & MH are becoming very high tech with their electronics & it would be so helpful if they provided a detailed video for Owners to study at th... read more
