We’ve been trying to resolve a warranty issue on our New Age caravan since October 2025 with no success. We followed all directions provided, including engaging an authorised repairer and arranging for a quote to be submitted in March, which went unanswered for several weeks. We have now been advised the quote is “excessive” and are being asked to relocate the caravan, which is no longer practical due to the delays. There has been one issue after another with this van. We’re reasonable people and understand that things can go wrong, but the after-sales service for a so-called luxury van has been anything but luxurious. Within a few weeks of picking it up, the solar panel—which hadn’t been properly mounted on one side—flew off on the highway at 90 km/h. We were lucky no one was injured.
