their service is low. Incredibly low. I went in with my Caravan towards the end of March this year. I did a few follow up phone calls and was always told it is in progress and I will hear from them. However, this is almost 3 months ago and nothing has happened. I have also been in contact with Sia Jafari, who also deals with JB caravans and unfortunately the same thing. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Shocking company! I’ve been strung along for warranty work for many months now and have clearly just been left to rot. Mostly they don’t even answer their phones at all, and don’t call you back if you manage to leave a message. And the one time I managed to talk to Rod who was supposed to help us as told by New Age head office, he said it might be over twelve months until they can fit me in.
