Once again another JB Service centre has excelled at Customer Service. Damaged the J mould under the step on a kerb, called in expecting a long wait as they are all so busy- nope Adrian and his great team removed the rubber and siliconed very neatly to prevent water entering. Wow thank you all JB Mackay! Again! Love JB after sales service- reason I bought my 2022 Dreamline and have not been disappointed in ANY Service centre around Oz (Been to all of them for servicing and quick fixes and advice.
What a team of hard working,'customer oriented team at JB Mckay, QLD. Had a service booked in, very particular about caring for my van, fixing things as asked and changing battery over. Friendly, thorough, accommodating . Another great JB service centre experience .
