We recently purchased a JB Scorpion. We can not thank Jacque and Sam enough for their service. They were both amazing and very professional we would highly recommend them if you're looking at purchasing a caravan
Picked up our new Traveller Intrigue today. Paul was very thorough and systematically went over the van ensuring we knew as much as necessary to enjoy the van . The mechanic (I think his name is Jade) couldn’t do enough for us prior to the handover resulting in a very satisfying experience overall.
Hi, We picked up a Family Dreamliner caravan back in 2021 just before the Christmas period. Sales team and handover was no issues all went pretty smooth. Issues started when we began to use the caravan and had several issues arise. Over the first break the washing machine leaked and flooded the caravan. Ofcourse all there after hours numbers and we could not get a hold of anyone as it was during the Christmas break. I ended up removing the washing machine myself to find loose connections to the plumbing! Other issues came up... read more
We got our GatorX a couple of weeks ago. Been camping in it since. It’s brilliant. Jacques and the team could not have tried harder to make the handover easy and informative. If you want an off-road van that does what it says in the box, and a helpful and informed team. You should check JB out……well done JB. Paul
We can only say we have had a positive experience here in Melbourne. We bought our first Gator X in 2020 with Jacque Bolt. He's always been honest and not pushy. Covid brought its issues like we heard with all companies whilst travelling. Yes we had some too which got sorted out twice through warranty, via the claims form and the lovely Patricia.( who can cop some bad calls from some people, she has the patience of an angle..)The van stood up to it's reputation and the size meant us being able to get in and out of tighter sp... read more
