I purchased a brand new motorhome from J B Caravans Gold Coast. and the warranty experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the outset, the motorhome presented with numerous defects, a leaking shower, front door strut collapse and outside hatch strut mounted incorrectly using flimsy screws, a sliding drawer bottom falling out, a faulty outside light, water leaking into the battery compartment and a complete hot water system failure. Massive shout out to the team at JB caravans Gold Coast. I recently had a small issue that needed rectification under warranty. The service I received from the team was flawless. From the first phone call to submitting the warranty claim, to getting the van in for rectification was all sorted out in 4 days. Seriously guys that’s just awesome and friendly service. We picked up our 2025 Gator X EV last week. Stoked! We really couldn't be happier, our van is absolutely beautiful. This, combined with great sales service from Steve, and technical advice and assistance from Nick, our experience couldn't have been better. Cannot recommend JB Caravans Gold Coast highly enough.
