Best service ever! The team in the service centre went above and beyond recently to get us out of trouble on a recent trip. Very satisfied customers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had no power in our caravan. We stopped into JB Newcastle (at Heatherbrae) on our way to our holiday to ask them about it. Tony and Craig were extremely helpful, nothing was a problem for them. They are a credit to the JB company as after service is sometimes lost, but these two guys went over and above!!!!

Mistakingly ordered a Thetford cassette toilet. Without question refunded money. Will happily purchase from in the future.
Got a flat tyre on the Cruiser just up the road and pulled into their yard to change to spare. The guys were extremely helpful. Took the flat off, even repaired it and good to go! Didn't even want payment,so I left a donation. Great bunch of guys with great sense of humour. Thanks again.
