October 2022 took possession of my 2022 JB Dreamliner 16' single axle off road caravan, from JB Heatherbrae. I am a solo lady traveller and have done over 140,000km in this gem of a van travelling around Australia and throughout its centre. This van is a dream and tows so well. Never had a problem towing. After a bit of forgetfulness by us, we blew out a window 30 minutes south of Dubbo. Managed to get a "quick fix" in Dubbo to make us watertight again. Rang JB Heatherbrae and Tony said, "No worries, bring it in and we'll sort it for you ". Stopped in there this morning, and within a few hours we had a full functioning "new" window. Dropped in to see if they could assist with a broken drawer striker plate. (Our sister company Motorhome had one break ) Tony and the team supplied replacements and also provided technical advice on another query. Helpful, and went out of his way to assist. JB caravans Newcastle service department has improved since Tony has taken over the management of service. Tony listens and delivers excellent service. He manages his team well and has the yard and service area tidy and organised. While this excellent service is delivered we will continue to drive to Newcastle for our servicing needs. I would like to thank JB Caravans at Heatherbrae for the services to replace a broken window. We rang them a couple of days before, they suggested we call in with the van. They fixed it on the spot which was greatly appreciated.
