Extremely unhappy with our caravan. So many issues popping up with it and JB Caravans refuse to take responsibility. We paid so much for this caravan it is reprehensible the way they have gone about this. Never again.
Just picked up our Gator X from Campbellfield. Can't speak highly enough of the service we received from the first time we stepped into the display yard. We met a young salesman named Brayden he could not be more helpful from start to finish. He delivered a very informative handover cannot speak highly enough of Brayden. We will recommend any of our friends interested in buying a caravan to go see Brayden.
What a great location the salesman Sam was informative and listened to my needs, the products were innovative and very well presented and built at the same location Aussie built caravans that’s that’s a 5 star all day long
Would like to acknowledge the excellent service I received from Fay in administration. I managed to trip on the entry folding step of my new MH & my arm grazed the bed slide out toggle switch causing the switch to shatter. Upon speaking with Fay she managed to source a replacement switch for me from the assembly line the same day & send it via express mail to me in Mission Beach. Fay was very courteous & attentive. I had the slide out working within (4) working days from first speaking with Fay👍cheers Terry
Being the proud owner of a gator x we found that we needed to upgrade our solar and battery system. Andrew advised me of what system and capacity needed, and in conjunction with Patricia and the workshop guys we received our caravan back with all the upgrades completed with perfect fit and installation. Our van was serviced and minor warranty items corrected, we could not be happier, thanks Phil and Sally.
