They have an exchange policy but then continue to list every kind of item in their store under their “No Exchange/ Return” Policy. I went to return an hair oil that I bought just yesterday and I was told I couldn’t return it, waste of money. Don’t bother going here, if anything the beauty supply near ShopRite is better. They also racially profile every person who comes into their store, not a welcoming environment and you can tell that by the second you step into the store.
