Horrible experience. Having to have all the work this shop supposedly did, totally redone somewhere else. Out $1700-$1800. Very very disappointing .
They quickly found the problems with my car and promptly fixed it. The car is running great now. I was treated very well by everyone there. I will go back to them again.
They really worked with me to get the right lift kit for my jeep. Fair pricing and on time service. I’ll be going back for all my modifications to my jeep.
I can NOT say ENOUGH good things about JB Autoworks and the team there!!! So, my 4Runner was making this horrid sound and naturally it's the end of the world as far as I'm concerned. JB drove it and immediately diagnosed the issue being a front wheel bearing hub assembly thingy doflatchy. I was able to get it fixed that day, along with her tires being rotated, and some fresh internal lubricant. Talk about a blessing!!! Had 4.88 gears put in 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Very professional service and polite people. They explained why it would matter compared to stock gears and helped me understand everything along the way. I will be coming back in the future for any work my Jeep might require in the future. Fair price as well.
