Honest, Fast, and Highly Professional! The owner of JB Automotive provides outstanding, knowledgeable customer service. My check engine light was acting up sporadically on my way to Summersville on a Friday afternoon. Even though it was 3:00 PM, the owner stayed at the shop to run a diagnostic and immediately found the issue. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday afternoon, and it was completely fixed by Thursday afternoon. James is an efficient, transparent, honest, and very reasonably priced mechanic. The owner even picked me up personally so I didn't have to take an Uber to the shop! Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend JB Auto!

I was heading back to Myrtle Beach, SC when my car lost power on the I95. I was luckily able to find James’s shop in which he was a gracious enough to take a look at the car even though he already had other cars he was working on. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix the issue so I could make it home. James is a fair and honest person, he fixed the car at a fair price which is hard to find these days. I was recently on vacation on Edisto Island and had car trouble. Looked up nearest auto shops and found this one with 5 stars. It was late Friday and we were leaving Saturday morning. He had it fixed Saturday by 11am and guaranteed his work. So grateful I brought my car here. Thank you for quick great service.
