A huge THANK YOU to James at JB Auto Sales in New Florence, Missouri for taking the time to help get our car back up and running while we were out on vacation! Being stranded and having car trouble while traveling is super stressful, but James went above and beyond to help us out. It is a great feeling to know that good people still exist, and hanging out with James, we experienced that firsthand. If I could make this a 10 star review instead of a five star review, I totally would. James and his wife were Lifesavers for us when our car broke down on I 70 during a family vacation. They helped us get the van towed to the shop, diagnosed the problem and give us a ride to a nearby rental car company. While we were on vacation, he replaced our transmission and had it ready to go when we came back the next week. He brought the van to pick us up at the rental car company as well. Nothing but 5 stars all around. If I could leave a higher review, I would!! We broke down pretty much in front of his shop but on I70. Got towed to his place by complete accident (wasn't the one insurance picked out). James was amazing enough to help run a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my car, let us use his restroom and talked to my mechanic over the phone. He also allowed my car to stay there till the next day when I was able to have someone drive back 5 hrs to pick it up. He was beyond respectful, caring and helpf... read more
