Nothing but 5 stars all around. If I could leave a higher review, I would!! We broke down pretty much in front of his shop but on I70. Got towed to his place by complete accident (wasn't the one insurance picked out). James was amazing enough to help run a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my car, let us use his restroom and talked to my mechanic over the phone. He also allowed my car to stay there till the next day when I was able to have someone drive back 5 hrs to pick it up. He was beyond respectful, caring and helpf... read more

I drove to Kansas City from Wisconsin to look at a suburban. It turned out to be problematic. I found James online and stopped by his shop to look at a suburban he was selling on my way back to Wisconsin. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and I felt confident buying a vehicle from him.
