Pleasant man. Worked on the dryer that wasn't heating. After the first try it didn't work he came back and worked on the dryer again granted at no additional fee. This time it did not heat. Said it's a clogged vent. Pulled the vent hose to test it after he left the second time and the dryer failed to heat. Not a vent issue. He stood that it was my fault and ran it with a clogged vent.
