Have used Jason several times in the past, most recently in November for a return visit on ice maker & dishwasher. He said he needed to order a part for dishwasher and I have been leaving text messages which he prefers with no response for months.
This is third time we've had Jason out to fix something at our place. He gets here quickly, communicates well and has always been able to find a solution and fix it quickly. Whether its liquid concrete down the garbage disposal or popsicle sticks in the washing machine drain pump, we are glad we have someone reliable we can call for help.
Jason does great, honest work. We have used him multiple times, and recommend to all friends and family.
Jason does a great job and is very personable. Even graciously let my five year old son chat his ear off while fixing our dryer. We are repeat customers and will continue to call on Jason.
Jason is really great! He is responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. He always figures out the issue. He's also really good at showing and explaining the problem and solution, and usually has additional tips. We always call him for any appliance, include stove, washer, and dryer. Thanks!
