Jason was amazing! He answered instantly when I called. No endless AI before you get a real person, like the other place I called. He was out within 3 hours, and pinpointed the potential sources of the problem immediately. He explained exactly what he was testing so I would understand if it was the switch or the compressor. Fortunately, it was only the switch. The service was for a 2010 Whirlpool refrigerator. Honest, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Recommend the company highly!
