Our New Home Builder contracted JB AIR 11/10 Enterprise St, Gold Coast, QLD 4214, to supply & install a new Panasonic Ducted System in Brisbane. The Builder Handed Over our property on the 27th October 2022. I contacted Donna at JB Air to let her know that their installer had not fitted the 7Advantage Air/My Air RF Walls Sensors to the respective Seven Zone Areas, that we had paid for. We had worse experience with JB Air, they installed duckted air-conditioning in our new built home. We are having issues with it. I called them month ago and ask if they could come and check because it is still under warranty. They said we are very busy,they gave me 3 weeks waiting time ,sent them e mails. Now they saying they can't help. I have to find Daiken Dealer because they are still very very busy. Please think twice, how they follow up with issues. Worst company to deal .
