If I could give zero stars, I would. JB Air has been the most unprofessional and unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with. My home warranty assigned them back in July, and I paid the service fee for a diagnosis. The technician recommended repairs for the panel and blower motor. Since then, I’ve had to call every single week for updates—more than six times—and still never got a straight answer. JB AIR Heating & Air Specialist’s technician Kaiden provided excellent service. He was friendly, prompt, competent and courteous. Kaiden checked the wirings, replaced a bad capacitor and had the unit up and running smoothly in less than an hour. Great communication; gave me tips/recommendations on how to keep the AC unit running properly. Job well done; very skilled technician. Highly recommend JB AIR.

Disappointed. The guy that came to my house didn’t know what he was doing, and he also cut some wires that weren’t even supposed to be cute and did a horrible job.

Not professional people, at least the one that was sent to us last week, what we paid to get fixed broke again. Got referred someone else and the issue was something completely different. 👎
