These people have messed me up so bad with the IRS, and I never received no income tax return

These are crooks that will have you in debt..and in trouble with the IRS..they just changed the name to LoCal Tax service. So when you see them don't do business with them
The ruined my life I went to them the year prior and had a sucess and thought this year would be similar found out they will lie on your tax return and say you have certain things that they cannot prove to get you more money but will tell you that they are still working on your taxes just to lie on your taxes and get you flagged by the government I now owe the irs somehow 15k for them lying on my taxes and now I’m devastated.
