I was pretty disappointed in our dinner here on 10/10/26. We made a reservation for a birthday at 5:30. I had requested a bday experience for my friend. Our server was very nice in the beginning then shifted when we didn't want a second round of drinks. We ordered promptly and then waited and waited and waited for our entrees. Which was sadly, really bland. Shrimp scampi had very little flavor, the lasagna relied heavily in the polenta slices but there is no flavoring in the polenta. Such a cute cafe! As someone with celiac, it was such a treat to be able to order anything on the menu. The food and coffee were so delicious and I loved the jazz music playing.
Visiting from out of town and stopped by for breakfast. The chicken and waffles were great. Friendly staff, nice location.
Decided to visit Eugene on a lark from Portland. This was my college town for my freshman and sophomore years. It’s been ages since I was last down there and it didn’t disappoint. A very chill and friendly place to get breakfast. I ordered their traditional eggs Benedict and the eggs were poached perfectly and the hollandaise sauce made the perfect eggs Benedict. The bacon was cooked perfectly and went well with the eggs. Definitely gonna visit this place again the next time I’m down here!
